Who Can Apply

Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, make sure you meet all of the following requirements.

Age 19 – 40

Applicants must be between 19 and 40 years old at the time of application.

Resident in Ibadan North East

You must be a resident of Ibadan North East Local Government Area.

Wards 1 – 12

Your proposed solution must address a specific issue within Wards 1 to 12 of Ibadan North East.

Focused Idea Required

Your solution must fall within one of the four approved focus areas listed below.
